Major decorations are worn both at the day event and at the banquet and ball.
Black leather shoes (NOT patent leather) should be used with the tailcoat at the day event.
In academic festivities, black patent leather shoes are to be worn with the tailcoat in the evening.
No wristwatch should be worn with the tailcoat.
Doctoral hats are included in the banquet and ball dresscode, but they are taken off and left on the coat rack.
The evening gown is full-length.
